Site setting out Buckinghamshire

Site setting out is one of the most important activities surveyors do. It is important from the point of view of further construction – so you must ask them for help in this matter. The name sounds very mysterious, but its explanation is relatively simple – what exactly does “stakeout” mean and why is it so important? Surveyors play a very important role in society. Their help is necessary in some matters – especially those in dispute. For example, when a neighbor unlawfully shifted the border of his plot, surveyors can prove it. Their help is absolutely necessary also in the case of much nicer events – namely planning the construction of your own home.

It is then that we are dealing with “location-based stakeout”, i.e. measuring activities aimed at indicating points in the field or at the implemented construction site with the assumed position in the adopted reference system. The definition is rather difficult, but the explanation of these activities is simple – the purpose of location stakeout is to indicate the location of a given building object relative to other reference points. This type of business has its own special features, for example accuracy. In this case, as a rule, it is not less than 10 centimeters. Whoever bought the plot and wants to build a house on it, must first report to a surveyor to do the above. To obtain a construction permit, all relevant permits must be obtained – and this is not possible without obtaining the relevant documentation that the surveyor can make. First, of course, you need a construction plan. The relevant stakeout project can be carried out by a geodetic company – from any place, for example Mikołajek, Ełk or Giżycko. In addition to the project, they will also choose all materials – the best to make out. After the measurements, the surveyor will create a sketch, which he will then provide to the contractor and immediately enter the construction register. His actions cannot be ignored. It is extremely important to agree with the surveyor the date of completing his work – it can be very different, depending on how much time the surveyor has and how complicated the construction of our dream home is.

All structural axes of the building must be put on the site – and this is not easy and fast. After all, everything must be done with great care, reliability and full professionalism. There are four methods of making stakeout (including polar and orthogonal) – each surveyor will choose the appropriate one for each case. Each of the methods is based on an implementation matrix.
